We like to keep things simple—all sales are final. Once your item ships, it’s yours to cherish! However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know immediately, and we’ll endeavor to make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to return it for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.

We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, your item needs to be in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging). Keep that receipt handy!

To start your return adventure, drop us a line at afterwordshop@gmail.com. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back (no rogue packages, please). Once accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please note, items sent back without a return request won’t be accepted.

Also, all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee due to the small-business nature of our, well, small business.

Damages and Issues
Received something defective or wrong? Let us know immediately, and we’ll endeavor to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items can’t be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
Need an exchange? Simply return your original item, and once accepted, place a new order for the item you want. (We like to keep things moving.)

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at afterwordshop@gmail.com.
